The service staff helped directly when we had problems with the pillows, they where to hard. We got new pillows and slept very well. The room was clean, the staff very kind. Nice and helpfull staff at the reception and the breakfast area as well. Many thanks!

Best hotel in the world

Overall a great stay, the lifts and floor areas outside the lifts could do with a brighten up, that apart everything was good.

The hotel was very nice. The room looked out to the canal. Was very pretty clean hotel and nice staff. Easy parking in the garage. Close to train if needed.

comfortable beds, hotel ok, second stay and will come again. Breakfast has good variation of food, but the quality was realy poor.

Everything was more than enough

I arrived in Berlin to attend a heath and disability conference. The hotel was the perfect venue for this! The staff were polite and the food was fantastic.
