Everything was fine. Only thing we could not connect to wifi and staff could not find the problem. And the cushions on the bed were synthetic, not so comfortable to lay the head on.

Good hotel, friendly staff, great breakfasts, close to underground. Suited us very well. The only gripe was that the mattress on the bed was very hard, like rock solid. So didn't help us having a good night's sleep.

This Hotel in Charlottenburg I use often, if free for booking and good in price. Tricky with car, the park yard is small. Always nice an friendly stuff, clean rooms.

I use this hotel every year. No major complaints. The breakfast is quite German style, so I think foreigners can enjoy very much. The hotel is very close to the subway station, and there are several supermarkets and restaurants around. A laundromat would be perfect.

I went to the hotel for a technology conference and everything was fantastic since the check-in. I appreciated a lot the quality of the breakfast and the kindness of all the staff. A special mention to the receptionists, they were very great and helped me a lot with my issues, and thanks for borrowing me the umbrella. See you next time in Berlin

Standards are not as exceptional as they used to be

This was about our third stay at Leonardo Hotel Berlin. The location is great. It is convenient to restaurants and transportation. The hotel is great and the rooms comfortable. We hope to be back.

We haven’t stayed here for 3 years - so it was lovely to return and find the high standards of welcome and cleanliness have been retained!
