It was our first time staying at a Leonardo hotel and I booked it because its location close to the city centre and the price. But we will for sure return for the excellent value of it.

Receptionist made us very welcome, provided a complimentary breakfast as our room rate was high compared to online prices on the day. Very comfy bed. Only downside was watching England lose on the tv in our room.

There was only one issue with the room the toilet had a sewage odor but I lit some good smelling candles which made it better also forgot my squatty potty don't suppose you could send it to me? Otherwise it was great.

Love your hotel. Location is perfect. Walking distance to altstadt, parking underground, many shops and restaurants closeby. The room is spacious and clean, the bed is big and comfy. The interior is a bit outdated but I heard that you’re undergoing a renovation? A few things though: - The hallway is a bit dark. - The AC is noisy even in medium speed. - The shower is flooded. We had to mop the floor after taking a shower because the whole bathroom floor is covered with water. Talked to receptionist when checked out, she was aware of it and apologized. Not only we got 20% discount, she handed us some souvenirs and also took care of our parking ticket! Awesome! I know that if you can fix all those concerns above, your hotel really deserved 10 points! And when I comeback to Heidelberg, definitely your hotel is my first choice. Keep up the excellent work!

Staff were very good generally but one fellow really stood out and I am so sorry that I can't recall his name... but he was beyond helpful! The hotel is clear that they are doing some upgrades; they did not impact our stay at all.

Beautiful place to stay

Quite close to the city center, easily accessible to public transport and also car parking is available at a reasonable price. No gym, but nice running places near by. Stayed 2 nights and it was comfortable. No complaints.

Location is amazing, rooms with balcony are amazing Have stayed here more than 20 times and will continue to do so
