The room was serviced every day, very well fresh towels and linen, bed made very nice and orderly, glasses were replenished as well as mini bar, overall exceeded expectations.

Fabulous hotel in a good location for venice via the train what more can I say

We stayed here for six nights in 2021 and used it as a base for exploring towns and cities around and about by train. It was a pleasure to come back and Simona gave us the same lovely room that we’d had three years ago. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have been actively recommending it to others since our last stay. Thank you all!

Stayed for 7 nights with family. Staff are friendly and efficient. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Rooms are not huge even upgraded superior oom wasn't very spacious but did have a large comfortable bed and large powerful shower. Great location for train bus and tram network. Set between industrial area and residential area it not in the heart of Mestre but great local shops and range of good resteraunts minutes from hotel.

After a long journey, we got to the hotel where we checked in by a lovely young lady (can`t remember her name)very friendly and helpful and took the initiative to explain us how to get to the train station, kind of reading our minds :) The rooms was perfectly cleaned and I was pleasantly surprised to find a little gift and a card from the hotel team for my birthday (I do not know how they knew is was my birthday).

Stayed here between arriving and leaving for Australia and found everything was absolutely perfect with the front desk staff in particular very professional and helpful. I had to change my leaving night at very short notice and they immediately changed the date to enable me to stay with them for the earlier date which is something other hotels often cannot or will not do. This was greatly appreciated. Overall the hotel went out of its way to help me as a solo traveller and all facets of the stay were wonderful. I cannot commend the hotel higher and would recommend staying there for anyone travelling alone or as a family group.

The female staff who assisted me with the check in (13/4 evening) was very professional and friendly. Good job

Few steps on foot and you are in mestre station. One stop in train and you reach Santa Lucia leading you to Grand Canal. Rooms are big, beautiful and have all the amenities. If you want a comfortable stay in venice away from the crowd yet very close to the beauty of venice, then this hotel is the one. If I ever visit Venice again, I would definitely stay here only.

The room was incredibly clean, I was able to walk around barefoot and not have dirty feet, which says a lot about the cleanliness of the room and the cleaners should be commended for the excellent job they do. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was great. We had an issue with opening the door with our key card which the staff resolved very quickly. The pictures in the room were an excellent choice, as they reflected the area, (for example, never understand if you stay in a room in Paris, why there are images of New York on the walls). We were very impressed with our one night stay.

Nice modern hotel, very friendly staff, perfect location if you don't want hassle with your suitecases and 'romantic' hotels in Venice

Nice location next to the train station to Venice down town. The hotel room was nice, coffee machine in the room, with a comfortable bed and sufficient space. The room was clean, but the curtain had a stain. Next to the train station, so, if you are sensitive to noises, bring ear plugs, since trains could be heard through the night.

The hotel had an excellent location whatever transport you choose. Also the local transport links to the centre of Venice are seamless and in close proximity to the hotel. The hotel itself is new and equipped to a high standard. Very much appreciated the comfortable ergonomic beds and the large space in the bathroom. The in-room coffee machine was also very pleasing.

Hello. The room was not ready for four people, as was indicated in the reservation, but after contacting the reception, everything was resolved very quickly. It would be better to add more hot dishes for breakfast. But all of the above are trifles. We liked the hotel, we liked Venice, and we enjoyed Italy and at the first opportunity, we would like to return to Italy, Venice, and the hotel. Thank you. Thank you Italy.

Fabulous hotel close to the railway station and bus station. Such a quick and easy 10 minute train trip into Venice. The staff were lovely and I really enjoyed my stay. I did request a room not facing the railway but could not be accommodated.

Great location for visiting Venice, very close to buses and trains. New hotel, very clean and nicely furnished. Comfortable beds, we had a good rest, even though the windows are not completely soundproof, you can still slightly hear the trains passing, in our case the room overlooked the train tracks, but we didn't mind that. Good variety of choices for breakfast, not over the top, but still plenty. Very polite staff members. The only negative is the poor choice in tv channels in the room for a non-Italian speaker, you can only find BBC news in English since all the programmes and movies have voice overs in Italian... But , overall, we were happy with our choice and would definitely come back.

The best hotel in Mestre. I love staying there. It feels like home. All are friendly and kind. The breakfast is delicious. Amazing.

Nice hotel with top breakfast and good connections for Venice

Very nice hotel, convenient location next to Mestre station and Venice. Clean room with comfortable bed. The only thing to improve would be to have a tea kettle in the room. It was very inconvenient to take the elevator from the 10th floor every time we needed hot water for a cup of tea.

Hotel concierge was very kind and everything was good while I stying there. If I visit venezia mestre, I 'd like to stay there again.

Located outside of Venice. Just a few minutes walk to the train station into Venice or to several rental car agencies. Extremely helpful staff and the rooms were perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was well organized as their was a tour group there. Check in. We were told we had two different reservations but it was half a very quickly and we enjoyed her stay

A wonderfully warm and inviting property with a great staff, outstanding location and clean rooms. Easy access to St Lucia from the train station right next store.

A modern & clean hotel located near public transportation , Kind and helpful staff . But , You should follow the cleaning of the rooms with us, forget towels, remove empty soaps and fill in the blanks...
